Swiss Connect Academy jumps on the immersive learning bandwagon and uses virtual reality to train managers for conflict situations: We have produced a series of 360° videos that put viewers in the position of a manager who experiences a conflict between two employees – and then has to decide how to react. Should they ignore the brawlers? Insist on the internal guidelines? Or suggest a clarifying conversation? Depending on the decision, viewers experience how the situation develops.
