AR Scavenger Hunt

For the 25th anniversary of car sharing service Mobility, we developed a browser-based AR experience in which virtual balloons guide users to the nearest Mobility location.

 

QR codes on more than 500 posters take the users to a landing page that uses GPS data to find the way to the next Mobility location. At each fork in the road there is an augmented reality balloon to collect. Once users arrive at the location, a free trial subscription awaits them.
